If you prefer a private coaching atmosphere, our 1-on-1 coaching is the program for you. Whether the goal is weight loss or building muscle, these 45 minute private sessions allow you and your fitness professional to focus on specific goals. In addition to monthly assessments, weekly check ins and my private Facebook coaching group, both yourself and your fit pro will set monthly goals that will be stepping stones to achieving that dream body and overall better health that you are searching for.
